The spinning group exercises, we conduct consist of 12 to 20 people who exercise with vibrant music for about 50-60 minutes continuously. Spinning exercises burn serious calories and offers an incredible aerobic workout that makes your heart pump fast. Because you perform this exercise with the same basic movement throughout, staying at the same place, you don't need to maintain coordination, hence making it easy to concentrate on your form. You can conclude your spinning class, regardless of your fitness level, simply by adjusting your pace or the tension knob on the bike. Our specially designed spinning bicycles can be adjusted at the pedal and the handlebars to suit your fitness level and comfort.

Boost your metabolism and burn calories faster at our circuit training workout sessions. In your circuit training routines at Synergy you perform 6 to 10 strength exercises in a sequence until the entire circuit is completed. Each exercise is performed for a defined number of repetitions or for a specified time before shifting to the next exercise. The exercises involved in each circuit are separated by short, timed rest intervals, and each circuit is separated by a longer rest period. The total count of circuits performed in one training class may vary from two to six according to your training level i.e. beginner, intermediate, or advanced and your training objective.
